Great service! AWESOME bartender and good drinks. Breakfast was great! Rooms were very nice! I need to stay at Embassy Suites more often if this is how they all are!

Stayed again a few months after my initial stay, same great service and spacious and clean rooms. got two rooms this time and best part was both were set to 68 degrees, good breakfast included plus two free drinks at the bar, like last time.
Stayed here for a conference. They were short staffed and service wasn't great. It's understandable when one or two things were dropped because of this, but after 5 days using 'short staffed' is no longer a valid excuse for the problems that kept repeating. Rooms never cooled off, trash in banquet rooms when they were scheduled to be ready, food service for the event was an issue due to poor service and inconsistent prep.
