Unacceptable room conditions, mold, and archaic customer service. Avoid! I stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Jonesboro Red Wolf Convention Center, and it was hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Our first room had severe mold and water damage eating through the shower sealant. We had to pack up and change rooms, only for the second room to be just as disgusting. I’ve never had an experience with the embassy suites like this stay. The rooms were clean but stuffy no air circulation. Also, the hot tub is out of service and the pool is out of service and per the front desk lady she didn’t know when it will be back up and running keep in mind this is Labor Day weekend 9/6/2026. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT! Do better Embassy Suites!
Very nice hotel. Super nice staff. Clean room. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay in Jonesboro or the surrounding area.
