To start my stay the fridge in my room was open when I arrived. The next morning the fridge was still warm. Maintenance replaced a relay.The fridge still didn't cool off. It was suggested I get an ice chest. Which I did go and purchase. Then, the fridge was replaced with another fridge that doesn't cool off below forty three degrees and makes weird noises like a taser going off. I get a room every time I have BA up here in Jonesboro and the beds are soooo comfortable
I was there for "The Skirmish" bike rCe, and was able to ride safe backroads from the hotel to downtown. This hotel is so classy. From the event center to the local decorative details in the room, this hotel speaks, northeast AR pride. Arkansas pride. Everything was immaculately clean, the on-site restaurant bar were great, but alternatives were a short uber-ride or walk away. In house Starbucks ensures a caffeine fix as you head out on your day. We stayed here while moving our son into his apartment. This was by far the best stay we have had in a long time. From the time we got there until the time we left it was great. The free breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have had. The location was perfect for our stay. Just down the road from where our son moved into. We will definitely look at staying at this hotel again.
