Rooms smelled like a chain smoker lived in it for weeks. The sewer gas rise was not pleasant either went away but not pleasing. And payed for a 2 Queen or 2 Kings and got two full size. In my years of staying at hotels never seen anything that full size mattress. That’s crazy… Sorry but will not recommend this place at all. What’s sad is that I stood at 2 other Hiltons as I drove down and had such a great experience in them but this one kind of made me question why I even stayed in it. BEWARE OF INCONSISTENT INCIDENTAL HOLDS!!!! Prior to my stay I spoke to 2 different people on two different occasions. The first person was prior to booking the room and the 2nd was when I needed to modify my stay (change the day from Friday to Saturday.) I was only ever staying ONE NIGHT. No pets. We had such an amazing visit! And it all started with the front desk employee, Hadiyah. I apologize if I spelled it wrong. She was so kind and made us feel so welcome. The room was beautiful. It was a very busy weekend for the hotel and dinner was great. I wish I had the bartenders names but they offered us two free drinks per adult, which was great. Clean, spacious rooms, with balconies and a great breakfast, made to order omelets...the best customer service we had was at breakfast. All the staff are nice, but Mr. Joseph Davis who was cleaning, made sure before I sat, he cleaned the dirty table. Also he was so friendly, that's what we need is people doing their job but friendly. I recently stayed at Embassy Suites for a birthday trip and experienced an issue that significantly impacted my stay. After checking into our assigned room and leaving for a short time, we returned to find a worker actively painting the room. We were shocked because the room had already been assigned to us and we had left personal belongings inside.
