I enjoyed my stay! The rooms were clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional, especially the freshly made omelets! Restaurant style food, not your typical continental breakfast. Room service was excellent and it's close to nearby attractions. I didn't get many pictures but it was very nice and I loved the live plants greenery.

First off the housekeeping staff are amazing. Very kind attentive people. Now for the hotel...very dated for embassy it has a weird smell and one of the staff treated me as if i wasn't a guest based on how I was dressed for breakfast(i was in pajamas) I didn't catch his name but it was a bald white man asking me my room number. As well the breakfast was not good. The pancakes were stale and tasted like they cane out of plastic and juice was nasty. Only thing I enjoyed was the coffee. We travel all the time and usually don't expect much, but the outstanding service we received at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Baymeadows went a very long way. Two incredible staff members completely turned our experience around. We checked in late on 9/4/26 (after 2 AM). Unfortunately, our first room (Room 152) had roaches.
