I stayed last month with my mom due to a funeral. The staff was incredible, especially the breakfast staff (special kudos to them). The room was good too. My only concern was the restaurant food was not good, I jokingly said the chef was off that night and they were using the microwave. 9 out of 10 stars. Overall good stay and would stay again, just eat at a different restaurant for dinner. Again, the breakfast definitely was awesome...not dinner.

Tried Embassy Suites due to their amenities - happy hour apps and drinks. Had an amazing stay in Chicago. The one in Jacksonville was incredibly disappointing. Few drinks included in the happy hour, the apps were a joke - hunks if cheese and trail mix. Went to the bar. Only Bud and Bud light available on the happy hour list. Sat at the bar and while looking at the menu was told that menu wasn't the one they were using because they only had one chef. Plastic cups for wine....

A solid 2-star hotel. The rooms unremarkable (aged), and poor tub/shower design. Breakfast started late @ 0630 day after Thanksgiving with many patrons waiting with no reasons or explanations given - or even a when to expect opening. There is a new 10/day parking fee which started end of October, but no security and less intelligent guests are allowed to douche their cars over the line and bang your doors/damage your property.
