My stay at Embassy Suites in Jacksonville was overall a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding customer service. Monica behind the bar was incredibly friendly, attentive, and took excellent care of us throughout dinner. Sherron also went above and beyond. This embassy is great! Location is convenient to everything in the area. Lobby staff were super helpful. Property (inside and out) was very clean. The lobby was inviting. The breakfast.... 100% awesome! Eggs/omlets cooked to order with Several meat options. Highly recommended for the breakfast alone! My room was an efficiency type room with separate living room (I don't know if they're all like that) The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. BEWARE OF INCONSISTENT INCIDENTAL HOLDS!!!! Prior to my stay I spoke to 2 different people on two different occasions. The first person was prior to booking the room and the 2nd was when I needed to modify my stay (change the day from Friday to Saturday.) I was only ever staying ONE NIGHT. No pets.
