Excellent hotel
Good location if visiting Katy or energy corridor area. The service in this hotel has gone down since we last stayed in 2025. Requested room to have a light cleaning on 2 separate occasions and nothing was done. Very disappointing
Total disappointment Paid $350 after tax for a suite room which is dark and smelly Whole night there was a noise coming from AC outside (looking to lobby roof) In the breakfast you need to wait half an hour for customized egg And you cannot find cheese if you come after 10 AM (normally it is up to 11 AM) Very disaapointed for Embassy suites Edit: We could not even drink the tea because water was smelly Sorry but this hotel does not deserve more than $150 for a room
