My family enjoyed our stay. The service was better after an issue was resolved that the hotel was overbooked and double booked rooms. The front desk resolved this in a quick, professional manner. The room was nice, but the water pressure from the sink was low. Other than that, everything else was great. Breakfast was exceptional.
Everybody here is very friendly, the rooms are very clean, and you get a lot for your money. A nice hot breakfast and a great happy hour is included with your stay. I’ve never had an issue here. I recommend it and it will stay again.
I’m going to start my review like many others - I travel frequently for my job…. I am always reading reviews before I go to a new area to try and find the best place to stay. I was having a hard time committing to a location near Katy, but found this Embassy Suites, and couldn’t be happier.
