Wonderful vacation experience at this hotel! Our first night was their grand opening. Mr. Tupper (the manager) went above and beyond to fix a booking issue we encountered. He truly cared about making our vacation one for the books! Highly recommend this hotel. And for me (Mr. Terrell) Mr Tupper is and was a genuine help and host for us and his staff has helped me incredibly and I really do appreciate you all for your services and wish you all the best migos.
Walked up for a few drinks and to check out the new hotel and bar. Chrissy was an amazing bartender. The dirty martini and watermelon margarita are delicious!! She sure knows how to give phenomenal service.
The hotel’s location is conveniently situated and easy to locate, making arrival a breeze. However, parking can be quite a challenge, as available spaces are limited unless you opt for the valet service. Upon entering our room, we were greeted by an clean and inviting space; however, we quickly noticed a significant drawback: there were no drawers to store our belongings. My stay here was great. This hotel recently opened and offers great views of the beach with the ocean view and balcony option (when booking). The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would like to acknowledge Kelley and Yohanna who went above and beyond during breakfast, which was included each morning. This was an unforgettable stay. The staff was great!! Jamal, Jordan, Sid, Karly, Sandra, Glinesha (spelling), and charles! They went above and beyond to make our first time in Gulf Shores amazing!! Can’t forget the guy at Tide and Table who gave me a free hat! We booked this resort well before it was even complete, and was upgraded to a double queen suite with a full gulf view balcony - totally unforgettable!! We are truly grateful for everything!!
