Update 9-1-26 The issue is RESOLVED! Thank you! Appreciate the phone call and am thankful for the resolution! I stayed at this hotel from July 31 through August 2, 2026, while visiting for my mother’s birthday. Unfortunately, the experience started poorly and has become even more frustrating because of the lack of follow-through. When we checked in, we were given our room key, only to open the door and discover that the room had not been cleaned. The absolute best! This is the place you want to stay.
Check in experience took 40 minutes. Only 1 other person ahead of me. It was 10 pm. Clerk didn’t seem in a hurry. If you are planning on watching ballgames or movies at the hotel stay somewhere else. Everything buffers and drags. I assume its slow wifi but it’s infuriating when watching a football game. Breakfast is fine. Nothing special but is included with your room. Writing this while here currently at midnight and trying to sleep. WORST bed I've slept in ever at a hotel. Pretty sure Motel 6 beds were better when I was in college. Chose this hotel as a way to spoil my 73 yr old MIL and experience high end. Beds are super low to ground, balcony suit has basically knee rooms but AC return air blows directly on balcony making it unbearable, even at night. Regret that upgrade for sure.
