We chose this hotel based on the amenities and the Hilton reputation, but unfortunately our stay was disappointing. The website states that cribs are available, but what was provided was a pack and play. Had I known that beforehand, I would have brought our own, which is in much better condition. To make matters worse, the pack and play we received was broken, and despite notifying the staff, no one ever came to repair or replace it. Service throughout our stay was also frustrating. We had the best time! Our family enjoyed every thing about the hotel. Our son is in wheelchair and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was amazing. This location is fantastic. So many things within walking distance. It’s is very family friendly. Wonderful experience!!!!
They go above and beyond to accommodate. Food at the pool is excellent.
