I rarely leave negative reviews, but our stay at this Embassy Suites was really disappointing. We booked a premium suite with one king bed, two rooms, for up to six guests. Instead, we were given a king bed and a pull-out couch, which only sleeps four. As a family of five, that was not acceptable. The bathrooms were dirty, and there was even dog hair on the bedding, which is a health issue as someone who is allergic. My children and I recently stayed here. We usually love Embassy suites as it is nice a spacious for us and great service. However, we were very disappointed with this one. The location is great as we were moving my son into NAU and it is right there. They are under going renovations at this time and I really hope that the room that we stayed in is going to be part of it. I've stayed at budget motels nicer than this place. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful and that started before we even got checked in. There was a massive party in the room next to us that was extremely loud and reeked of weed into our room. The staff didn't even attempt to listen or care so we packed up and left, losing 2 nights rooms we paid for. I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Flagstaff on August 20, 2026, departing August 21. Unfortunately, the condition of Room 107, a King Suite, fell significantly below the level of cleanliness and maintenance we have come to expect from Hilton.
