Absolutely disgusting hotel 🤮🤮One of the worst Hilton experiences we have ever had. Thankfully, we received a full refund of points from Hilton. The couch cushions were stained, drywall was missing from the walls, the bathroom wall was stained, pieces from the shower were broken and missing, curtains were broken and missing, and the entire hotel smelt like marijuana. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias, en general es un hotel de varios años, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, se aviso a recepción y dijeron que revisaría, pero no fue así y terminaron dando un abanico. Incluye desayuno buffet muy bueno!

There were so many little fix it's that were needed. The attention to detail is bad. I pointed out like 6 different things in my room. The worst being the mold in the shower. Who doesn't see this? Who doesn't report this? The maintenance people and room check people might need to be replaced asap. Not Hilton standards that you've come to expect. The hot tub is closed? Why? Winter is the whole point and having a hot tub. This didn't make sense at all. Then take it off your website as a feature. They have a bar but they don't ... read more
