The hotel is very old needs some remodeling. Carpets are very old and dirty. Furnitures are old and dirty bed are uncomfortable. They also charge for parking. It’s not like they don’t have enough space. Happy hour not that great not like other locations I stayed. Breakfast was also not that good. Bagels, muffin were not fresh. Fruit were getting dry.
I work with the airlines and the crew are staying at this hotel. Luckily it is TEMPORARY bc our normal hotel is getting renovations. Anyways…this embassy suites is a dump!! Not your typical embassy suites with the beautiful atrium or glass elevators. So don’t expect the “normal embassy” My door was hard to open and close. Looks like the door has been warped. This place needs to be completely remodeled. First room i was put in all furniture ripped and scratched up. The bathroom was not well maintained. Then the HVAC would not turn off room was below 65 degrees. I was then moved to a different room. In that room the funicher was scratched up and worn, torn. The bathroom had rust on the vents and door frames. The soap rack was broken with sharp metal rods exposed. Shower looked like it had mold or dirt in the corners and grout lines. Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price This Hilton was far below expectations. The staff was courteous and the breakfast was decent (average for Embassy Suites), but the room condition was unacceptable. Dirty carpet, broken bathroom tiles, outdated bathtub, squeaky sofa bed, dim lighting, and suffocating hallways made the stay uncomfortable.
