As a gold member, I travel all over the state of Arizona for work and stay exclusively at Hilton. This location was the most disappointing I have ever stayed. Nothing what one expects from an Embassy. Dirty, run down, bed was uncomfortable and the room had not been updated in years! Next morning, went to breakfast at 6:45 only to be told breakfast isn't until 7:00 and there was no breakfast and was given attitude from the staff.Every Embassy I have ever stayed was 6. Very dated, old, and in need of a total remodel bad. Old stained carpert and chipping paint etc.

Well this hotel is a mixed bag for us. First the negatives. When we checked in around 10pm our room was a mess. All the drawers were out and the couch cushions were all piled up on each other. That felt weird but we went straight to bed. The next morning I took some photos of the room in disrepair. The curtains were hanging funny, there was mold around the fan in the bathroom, the tub looked moldy where there was cracked and missing caulk, and a towel bar was partly pulled out of the wall. This is the worst Embassy Suites I have ever stayed at. Our room wasn’t ready so the desk associate offered us another room that was ready. We asked if it was near a club or bar, due to noise, she said no. It has been so noisy. Should have asked if it was near an outside entrance. So noise with doors slamming. Then our complementary drinks were not available at the bar either. So what is the advantage for staying at a Hilton in the future? So much for your brand loyalty. Very disappointed.

Run down, uncomfortable, not clean. Got stuck with a grimy reservation and I can't believe I actually stayed there with my kids!
