Hilton should be ashamed of this hotel. It’s in the middle of being renovated and again we weren’t notified. The elevator on our side is out of order. I have two rooms and of course my rooms have not been renovated yet. They are smelly. The upholstery is stained and the cushions are saggy and torn. The a/c unit is extremely loud. Undoubtedly one of the worst Embassy Suites I’ve ever been in.
Rooms are not clean. Our room was not clean. Moldy bathroom. Does not smell clean. Do not stay here!!
The Hilton is my hotel of choice because you can count on a quality experience. This hotel is special because it has a wonderful complimentary breakfast with a omelet cook that was first rate. There was a happy hour at the bar with a complimentary drink and hors d'oeuvres. There's a whirlpool and outside pool. The only downside was a 10.00 charge for parking. I would like to know ahead of time when making my reservation that there's a parking charge which I don't agree with because it's expensive to stay there in the first p... read more

Beware of this hotel. First of all it’s more of a motel disguised as a Hilton. Yes it’s under “renovation”, but they’re putting a band aid on something while attempting to make the surface look good. They’re grabbing your money for $60 a night at best hotel. They use a chlorine substitute in the pool, which the maintenance engineer doesn’t even have a certificate to manage.
