We stay for a conference... The staff Joe and his team where amazing. They catered to our every need. Although the social hour food was less to be desired, the atmosphere was nice. Breakfast options was good, it was extremely cold as if it had been just sitting out with no heat to it. There was a generator blasting in the parking lot early morning that woke me up. Not very nice to hear in the morning
This place has gone independent ownership, it's not corporate owned, nor is it keeping to brand standards. Our family stayed 2 nights recently after a lovely stay a couple of years ago. The difference from our first stay to the last is quite a contrast. The front desk staff were not very friendly or welcoming. Questions were largely treated as an inconvenience. New. Big. Bathroom was so over sized, it was odd. Zero USB ports anywhere near bed.
