My wife and had the worst experience at this hotel with no price reduction, or free stay. When we arrived at our room we had a GERMAN ROACH inside of the shower on the wall and they were suggesting they can get a staff member remove it. That's a no what if more were in the room. After waiting they found as another room that was the same. Next, the following day I needed ice for wine. The front staff mentioned that each floor has an ice machine. This is one of the best hotels in the area! The staff are always very friendly, especially the team that hosts the daily breakfasts! The facilities are clean and the rooms are spacious with lots of amenities. The gym is also great, with multiple pieces of cardio equipment, cables, dumbells, and more in a very large space. If youre staying in the Fayetteville area I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Very good hotel. Attention to detail and super clean. Cook to order breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Rooms are cleaned everyday and kept in top shape. Very helpful staff. Evening reception every night. Just a great place to stay.
We stopped for one night on our way to Florida from PA. The hotel was beautiful and lively when we arrived. They were hosting a prom, it looked like, but it didn't interfere with our experience at all. Heazel was AWESOME at explaining what to expect and helping us get checked in and settled. I did have a minor issue when I misunderstood some pricing, but the gentleman who seemed like he must have been a manager, explained the confusion.
