Stayed one night for business, woke up to shower and the shower didn’t turn on. Was told by front desk maintenance will be right up- called 15 minutes later and was told maintenance is just now walking in the building. Maintenance did not arrive timely enough (needed to leave for work and check out) and was not offered a fix by front desk, simply a “sorry about that.” The lobby is dark (lights were shut off when I checked in) and there were loud floor fans blowing, tables rocked- It was not a great working area with my cowor... read more
I have had 2 opportunities to stay at the Embassy Suites Fayetteville. I was greeted by friendly and accommodating staff both times in their beautiful atrium. The embassy has a welcome hour with free drinks during check in from 4-7:30. The bartender was charming, knowledgeable and friendly. This hotel has a onsuite restaurant that supports room service. Only reason im giving a one star os because they haven't refund our incident fee. So don't expect to get it back.
