Told me the booking was 286. Then billed me for 333. Why are they trying to rip me off?
The hotel itself I’d very beautiful. However, the majority of the staff were distasteful. It started with check-in, no one greeted me and I had to guess who would assist me. The next morning for breakfast the server was giving out two waffles to multiple guests in front of me and my partner and when it was our turn we asked for waffles and the server gave us one each. The facilities provided were excellent. However, I noted that the check-in process with the young lady did not include a comprehensive overview of all available information. The room itself was satisfactory. I am curious as to why I was assigned a room without a view, and I will be providing photographic evidence to illustrate this point.
