Sadly has been our worst experience so far in hotels, as soon as we entered the room, one of the beds was broken and hurt my feet and ruined our plans for the night as we couldn’t go anywhere then we had to move from rooms where the fridge wasn’t working and our food went to waste, we went down to the evening cocktail and the line was huge to order, the bar tender in the worst possibly mood or was racist she was giving attitude, the people in charge of the snacks were in a hurry to take everything off, elevators not working,... read more
Stayed here while I visited family for a few days. Overall the stay was great. The staff were very friendly from check in to check out. The hotel property is a bit dated and could use an upgrade, but it's clean. I had a room with a King bed, which was very low to the floor, which was a little weird. Invest in some real pillows.
Amazing stay room was clean and had a fresh scent. The service at the front desk was very quick and polite
