Final bill charged for my stay was more than the quoted cost and my pre-paid reservation. I contacted the Hotel directly and the representative stated the additional charges were due to unknown state cost. This is a classic case of “hidden fees” and unfair to consumers when there is fully pre-paid reservation

This place was not as expected !! Dirty room, drinking glasses were dirty and started using powered tools on the inside at 5:30 in the morning. When we informed the manager his exact words were “I wasn’t here at 5:30”. Great response!!

Pues quise invertir 2 noches en un buen hotel pero sali defraudado, el aire del gimnacio descompuesto, la alberca en vez de fresca estaba muy caliente, los elevadores fallando, el desayuno muy de comida de maquila, la habitacion con un aire que tronaba cada que se encendia, las camas no fueron la gran cosa y te regalan unas bebidas dw cortecia en un horario muy al azar que es de 5 a 6:30, a esa hora uno esta regresando o fuera y una bebida se antoja mas ya en la noche para descansar... la recepcion fue lo mejor del lugar per... read more
