Stayed here for 2 nights and had a great experience overall. The room was clean, and the staff was genuinely kind and welcoming throughout my stay. The housekeeper was so kind when I had a minor issue with the room & took care of it immediately. The breakfast looked like it offered a wide variety of options, though I didn’t get a chance to try it due to fasting. The two ladies working at the bar really stood out—they were friendly, engaging, and still managed to stay on top of their work even while chatting with guests.The b... read more

This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Both nights of our stay, one of the neighbors smoked pot in their room causing our room to be uninhabitable. The first night occurred at midnight, and with three small children moving rooms was not an option. The second night happened at 8 o'clock as we were getting the kids ready for bed. Thankfully, the manager offered to give us a new room; however, the damage was already done. If I could rate this hotel zero stars, I would.

We stayed here the night prior to a flight. The room was fine, though the bathroom was a tight squeeze. Not sure what happened the night we were there, but came out of our room to a lot of people and about ten police officers. Nothing inherently wrong, but does feel like Embassy Suites isn't as nice as it was 15 years ago.
