Great customer service. Relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was great.
Place has went downhill have stayed here 20 plus times A/c in room did not work was 80 degrees lady at front desk was very rude would not help me said not to come to desk to use phone in my room I have never been treated like this here I will never come back wasn’t expecting this
Tired and worn out rooms and breakfast area. It will take a lot more than the touch up paint they applied while we were there. The room furniture looks like it came from a motel six refurb. The paint above the tub is peeling and bulging down. The room air-conditioning would never go below 72°. I’m sure this is a hotel wide setting, because this generation of pre year 2000 embassy suites hotels has notoriously bad HVAC. The common areas are dirty and the hallway carpet is filthy. First time in this hotel, great location, breakfast is amazing and the service is amazing too, all staff are very friendly.
