Enjoyed it overall! Wish the bar was open longer. Great breakfast options from made to order omelets to your typical grab n' go breakfast but also elevated in the fact that the buffet includes hot food like bacon, Yukon potatoes, bicsuits and gravy, grits and a scrambled eggs.
What a great ace to stay. Breakfast was excellent and the free happy hour every night perfect. Plus it was just a few steps to the beach.
I give 4 stars because my complaint has only about diposit ! When you make a deposit at this hotel, you should know that no matter how careful you are, it is non-refundable! They will not refund you, but technically it is refundable! If you call, no one will answer the phone.
Stay here only if you’re okay with being overcharged and ignored. This hotel took my money twice — once when I prepaid and again when I checked in — and has been dragging its feet for weeks to return what they wrongfully charged. That’s not just bad service, it’s outright negligence. Management is either completely incompetent or simply doesn’t care. Hilton should be ashamed to have its name on a property that treats guests’ money with such disregard.
