Kellie the front desk manager was amazing. Kellie was awesome, attentive and listen to our suggestion. I was shocked when I found an open condom package in the bedroom next to the bed when I just checked in. Seemed that they didn’t cleaned the room thoroughly. They gave me 10k points as an apology which is almost insulting. I will definitely stay in another place in the future.
