This has been our go to for so many years but unfortunately time to find another hotel. This hotel has so much deferred maintenance . The breakfast was phenomenal, fresh fruit, excellent service. Back to the Maintenance issues: Door hinges not connected, door stops falling off, but the absolute worst part……… the swimming pool. We always came here cause the kids love the pool and hot tub. Everything is outdated in this Embassy suite, the pool looked unserviced, tv’s are from 2008, we’ve seen nicer Embassy Suites elsewhere not worth the time or money. Staff didn’t care to hear what we said so we will take our time and money elsewhere just not this location. Humidity and smell is off the charts in the building. Hotel looks pretty empty and probably for a reason. We even got a premium suite was pretty outdated and basic.
Lets start by saying I have stayed over 100 nights in hiltons last year and 30 already in 2026. As far as I am concerned this hotel should not be allowed the Hilton/Embassy Suites name. See the photos from dog feces, soaked hallway floors, rooms the smelled musty and had mold in the shower, algae in the pool area and overall just ran down not clean or maintained. I wouldnt even recommend someone that I do not like stay here.
Old hotel, needs updated. No outside space except parking lot in a very busy area.
