It was just ok...our room needs TLC. The carpet was dated and a small portion had been previously cut for some reason into a square. It was not glued down so it looked unpresentable and widely noticeable upon entry. The room we had was tucked in a corner away from EVERYBODY AND EVERYTHING!

Tourist from Arizona came to experience everything Selena. Drove 3hrs from houston after my flight. Jake at the front desk was great, very respectful. Very helpful but the room was horrible. Tub was dirty and rusted. Look like there was mold growing around the tub. Tried to call the front desk to ask if the room was clean beforehand but no one answered. The room smelled, and I had to spray it down. I also cleaned it again. I should have read the recent reviews before booking here.

We had a family function and stayed 2 nights here. We have stayed at many Embassy Suites over the years. I’m giving it 3 stars for location and front desk staff being very welcoming and friendly our entire stay. But this location had really ran its course with us. After traveling 2 hours we arrived in time for the evening snacks and drinks. It was cubed cheese, wilted salad, ranch dressing, and crackers.
