Just visited a friend from out of town there this AM. We had breakfast and left. The staff doing breakfast was extremely attentive, and polite , and helpful.

Ive stayed at a dozen or so different Embassy Suites properties over the years and am always highly satisfied at the service and cleanliness. This particular hotel does not live up to those standards. The rooms are dirty and HVAC systems have no functional control. No matter what the temp you choose, the room will never cool off (summer). When I arrived for my stay, the first room I was in was 83 deg and would not cool down. Took 3 calls and then going to the front desk to see if we can get someone to check a/c no one did over 2 hour timeframe personal are definitely not enjoying their jobs based of how they acted they need to invest in better air conditioning it was 80 degrees all night with ac set to 69 will not be coming back don't recommend.

Air was at 80 when we arrived and never improved so we had to change rooms. Old building. Then during check out I went to turn in my keys and lady did not look up, make eye contact, or ask how our stay was. I had to say good morning to her. This is why I am moving to Mariott properties.
