Room was INFESTED with bed bugs and lice. It was disgusting and UNSAFE. Staff at the front desk said they have other rooms available but the entire hotel has an infestation. They wouldn’t even refund us. Disgusting. Never staying here again.
Breakfast was great and staff was very helpful.
Hot tub was great. Aside from the made to order omlette the rest of every morning's breakfast was the same thing everyday. Same with the evening reception. I love it but the same snacks every night was boring. I've stayed at other Embassys that changed up the breakfast and snacks, but not here, same old same old, daily.
