Well. I hope they are doing updates. All 3 treadmill out of order. Missing 25lb weight. Indoor pool drained. Filthy HVAC filter! Only 1 of 3 elevators functioning. Short stay, bed shower coffee. Seems decent. Maybe next stay I can check amenities.

Our experience was terrible!!! Nobody had air conditioning for 2 days. Was going to get some breakfast and when we walked into the dining room a rude lady walks out and says “STAY BACK!!!!! YOU CAN GET COFFEE IN YOUR ROOM!!! WE DON’T SERVE BREAKFAST TIL 7:30!!!!!” I’ve never experienced such rudeness in my life!!! The whole reason I wanted to stay here so that my husband can see how nice it was here. And that they had a nice breakfast with made-to-order omelettes. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. The experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standards that any guest should reasonably expect. On the first night of our stay, the air conditioning in our room did not work and the temperature inside the room reached approximately 80 degrees. If you love bed bugs, zero accountability and half assed service, this is the places for you!! 4 rooms in 3 nights. Room 1, no AC and extremely hot. Was told maintenance would come, and after 2 hours and another call…NO ONE SHOWED!! We were then told to pack up, AT 10:30 AT NIGHT, to be moved to another room. Room 2, BOTH my sons wake up with bed bug bites. One of whom was on the couch and one in the bed. Maintenance and the maid both agreed they were bed bug bites. Pretty certain I got sick from their AC system in the room. Upon arrival to the room I could tell something was off with the AC system. After 2 hours in the room I decided to turn the system completely off because I started to get congested. Sure enough the next day I was sick—completely congested. The doctor said it was allergic sinusitis. I’m certain they have mold or some issue with their AC system.
