The front desk check in was fast and easy. The woman who checked us in was very friendly. Parking was easy. The room itself wasn’t great. It smelled faintly like cigarette smoke and didn’t feel very clean. There was a suspicious looking yellow stain on the couch, the windows had fingerprints and smudges, and some of the sheets and towels were stained. Came for a work conference and the staff at the front desk were rude towards me when I attempted to explain anything in regard to payment the staff would cut me off, and then say that they “don’t” do this often. I got a suite, and I found the rooms to be a pretty neat set up, and fairly clean. However, I found the bathroom to be pretty gross. Which is pretty off-putting since the lobby and rest of the room look very nice.

Not a 4 star maybe a 3.2 The room smells like bleach or some type of strong bleach base chemical cleaner. The female at check in didn't give any information. I had to asked where the elevators were located. No information about breakfast. She was not friendly no greetings, no information. The front lobby is nice l and clean. The room furniture is old and not well kept. The rerefrigator is not cleaned.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and mostly updated. Only complaint was the AC unit cut off around 10:30 PM, maintenance came in and reset it but it never came back on. They offered a couple fans which was nice and helped. Would stay here again if I'm back on this area.
