Didn't stay on a room, but attended a conference there. Service was great but missed the signage to the hotel.
The people in the room above us had to have been an entire football team that practiced in their room until after midnight. First night was loud and frustrating. They checked out the 2nd night and the new upstairs guests were way better. Didn't know you could call security and have them go up until we told the front desk the next morning. It's called "In room dining" but I have to leave my room for it. Now what sense does that make. That's not service, that's a disservice. If you actually cared to ensure your guest had a decent stay here and want them to return, you'd move accordingly. Hospitality much. This is a hotel chain. Get with the program.
