Great and clean place.
We checked in. Digitally and requested physical keys upon arrival. Then we were told we weren't checked in. Our room, pungent menthol, burn your throat, gas smell. Complained and aired out room. Was unbearable and nauseating, so we requested to be moved. New room...same strong chemical stench. Our friends in other rooms do not have the smell. Another friend has a strong chlorine gas smell. Also, it took an hour for a replacement order of French fries when the order got screwed up. Can't say I have ever had a worse experience... read more
