This is an older hotel, but had good service.
Look its a nice hotel, free breakfast, 2 free drinks a day, next to some great resteraunts. No bugs No smoke odors no problems to be had.
My flight came in a bit early and the team noticed me sitting in the lobby and offered to help - big shout out to Tiara!! She is the embodiment of what every organization strives to be in customer service - proactive and customer focused! Really appreciative of the team here taking better care of me than I deserve!
Great hotel, but they display a "blue line-support law enforcement" sign on their screen. I was highly disappointed to see something overly political and also wondered if they house ICE. As a social worker who cares deeply about all people, I was highly disappointed. I won't be going back.
Breakfast and happy hour was the highlights of my stay. The rooms don't get cleaned daily on an extended stay. I asked for daily cleaning twice. They just cleaned it the day I asked for daily cleaning and then it stopped.
