I’m genuinely impressed with their service. The hotel proactively texted me to ask about my stay, and I casually mentioned an issue with the faucet. They responded immediately and offered to have it fixed before I returned from my meeting. Sure enough, when I showered later that day, the faucet had already been repaired.
