Nicely updated, comfortable and great experience.
My stay at Embassy Suites was pretty wonderful. The breakfast was awesome. The room was ok but I could tell it wasn't as clean as it should have been because of an item left by a previous guest. The design wof the room was nice except everything was a bit bland. It could use a splash of color like a different colored accent wall. Every room including the lobby and breakfast area was spacious. One of the elevators was very creaky.
I reserved accommodation at the Embassy Suites, located at 1939 Meacham Road, Schaumburg, IL, for the weekend get away with kids. Upon arriving at approximately 4:00 p.m. on Friday with my children, I was informed that housekeeping staff were still in the process of preparing the rooms. We waited in both the lobby and the parking lot for several hours, yet our room remained unavailable.
