I am a Hilton Honors member and I live by the Hilton brand. Always high quality service. This particular Embassy was beautiful but not Hilton standards at all. First the room was not clean. There was a roach on the wall, a dirty jacket, hair on the bed, stained couch and a torn chair. Totally not Hilton. I was so disappointed. To top it off, the hot water went out and the staff didn’t care to provide any accommodations.
The room was gorgeous. But the bartenders are absolutely horrible. I put my empty glass up, and he looked at it 10x. Then he charged me full price. My empty glass was up there 30 mi
I was there for an 80 birthday surprise party. The banquet hall was great
