As soon as we checked in, Lou made us feel welcomed. He was very accommodating, informative and friendly. Everyone in hospitality should be like Lou.
My go to hotel when cruising from for Lauderdale. I book a day before sailing. Convenient location with everything you need nearby.
Our stay here surprise us. The service we received from checking in was 5⭐️ especially Lou - we had to extend our stay due to having a parcel delayed and all we received was good treatment.
Unless you book through hilton you have no rights ! Be careful
