My husband and I spent our 18th anniversary in Asheville, just for the night. The stay at the hotel was perfect. They went above and beyond to make it a great stay. Breakfast was filling and lots to choose from. The only complaint was my husband wanted grits
First off, want to think the staff for there amazing hospitality they showed here. HUGE shoutout to Thomas at the front desk! He took the extra step to ensure the internet connection was working properly in my room for the gaming console and came up to verify that everything was good! HUGE shoutout to Ian and Ammari who works on the seventh floor in the bar and lounge area! Excellent place to stay in Asheville. The facility is brand new, with the rooftop bar and amazing views on the mountains. Check this place out, you will be delighted
Our stay was amazing from the service to the food. Our check in with Cassidy was exceptional. Everything went smooth from check in to check out. Doug, one of the valets, was very friendly. No disturbances from other guests. Overall a very pleasant stay, would highly recommend.
We stayed here for 3 nights for our weekend getaway trip from Virginia. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable and staffs were really welcoming. This hotel is very close to downtown and we could easily walk to downtown.
