Beyond Hilton's control, but the immediate area is surrounded by drug addicts sleeping on the property and adjacent sidewalks 24/7. What Hilton can control is the absolute lack of hospitality and disrespectful people at the front desk- One girl couldn't get off her cell phone to acknowledge us after a prolonged period of time so her colleague had to walk over from the other side of the lobby. I would never recommend staying at this location and certainly not families with children.
Ceiling started leaking and wouldn’t stop. Barely got any sleep. Had to put a trash can below the leak and could hear it all night long.

Stained in Anchorage a few days before our cruise. We enjoy Embassy Suites for the rooms and cook to order breakfast, not to mention the friendly staff. Over all always a great place to stay and will do so again when back in Anchorage.
