Grace on front desk very rude and not cooperative when asked how to discover my Hilton honors number . Also confronted me saying if my company pays I’m not eligible to get points . She did not move a finger to help me out , not even saying a phone to call or where to get help. Grace is on duty right now July 30th 20:01 local . I feel sorry for having such service .
Very nice ! Breakfast cannot be beat. Omelet guy is top notch. Location is out of downtown but its only a short drive away. The only thing not great was the sandpaper like toilet paper lol
Terrible service. The bathroom toilet was leaking. Requested bed sheets for the sofa bed in person. 20 minutes later still no bed sheets. Called guest see and front desk and no answer. Called several times and no answer. Had to go downstairs again to request bedding.
