I don’t know if it was booking.com fault or embassy’s but I booked a 2 bedroom suite. When I checked in I got a one bedroom suite and a pullout couch in the tv room area. When I want to the front desk the lady had bad customer service. I understand it may or may not of been the hotels fault and I was frustrated but she showed no care at all and had a slight attitude. If you book with this hotel please get confirmation that you are actually getting two bedrooms and not a bed room with a pull out couch. The rooms were average ... read more

This is my “go to” when I visit Ohio. The service has always been good. I love the comfortable rooms. I also appreciate the safety of the location.
