Terrible management.
I stay here often, over 100 nights in 2025. Valet staff was always great, with Alex remembering my name and greeting me at every visit. Belquis maintains the breakfast area and was always friendly. Location is outstanding with parks and restaurants nearby and a short walk to the harbor. It's the best thing about the hotel. Only downside to the hotel is the front desk staff. This hotel sucked! Upon entering there was a worker leaning up against a wall who was trying to sell us vacations. I’ve never had this happen at a hotel and of all places for it to be a Hilton made it very distasteful. Check-in was fine. There was no lighting in the “living room” portion of our room. Just lamps and one of them didn’t work and another was unplugged when we got there. The entire hotel smelled like a hospital cafeteria 🤮 the whole place just felt kind of run down.
