The set up of this hotel is really great but housekeeping is the worst. They only make the beds. Floors don't get vacuumed regularly. Sinks and countertops are rarely cleaned, and towels are never restocked. I'm constantly having to call front desk to request towels. They also must be low on bathmats because I'm always using a towel. The rest of the hotel is very gorgeous.
Extremely nice place to stay. Although much busier than normal I enjoyed my stay immensely.
Pubic hair around the bathroom sinks. Obviously not cleaned well there. Rest of the room was immaculate considering the age. Staff was nice considering it was extremely busy.
My family celebrates our reunion here every year. The staff is hospitable and makes us feel welcome. The catered luncheon is always delicious. One of my favorite parts of each day is breakfast. A variety of foods are served with a smile. I highly recommend staying at MCM Elegante Suites.
An American hotel that ACTUALLY HAS ATMOSPHERE! Amazing! If you like the blah, boring, sterile, mod hotels our country mostly has to offer, this place is not for you. If you like spacious rooms that are set up well, beautiful greenery inside, ambient lighting, gorgeous Italian tile walkways, water fountains, and an huge, cool 10 Commandents Monument in the courtyard, then this is your place! Will definitely be back if I'm ever near another one, wish there were more around!!!
