Very happy with my experience with Embassy. I rented a very nice and clean hybrid SUV. I was able to get it within an HOUR after Enterprise called and told me they had no more cars, even after I made a reservation the day prior. Friendly staff and easy to work with. I will always go here from now on when I need a rental.
Best rental car service in Erie pa by far!! They exceeded my expectations and helped me every step of the way! Great vehicles & even more amazing customer service! Will definitely be returning and recommending to my family & friends.
Their services are way better than any Hertz or Enterprise. They are so much easier to go through and so much better to work with. They are very understanding and are there to meet all of your needs. Super polite staffing and their cars are always in pristine condition for pick up. I can say I am always impressed whenever I go through Embassy.
Great service very professional 🤩 I did my reservation online paid online.. I didn’t have insurance I added insurance and even paid with Cashapp trough their website !!! Great new cars… we rented a Buick SUV for 5 days then an Escalade for the weekend!!!! No company like them around A+ recomended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Big thank you! Will be back. First time renting from them and nothing but good things to note. Very nice vehicle for the pricing. Great costumer service. Highly recommend
