Think twice about renting at Trolley Park or any property Embassy Properties manages unless you really enjoy leaks into your apartment more than once a year. I lived in unit 101, and had three serious leaks into our apartment in 2022. The most recent one being the absolute worst of the three. On Christmas Eve, a pipe burst in several places and caused a ton of water to rain into the ceiling. The Manhattan, a building that Embassy Properties leases is subpar and almost always has SOMETHING wrong with at least on of their amenities. If it wasn't the pool being shut down, it was the gas being turned off for weeks, and if it wasn't the gas, it was the air-conditioning not working. Though, those may sound like 1st world problems, it was not what I paid for in the end.
