We went on a tour with Deryn and she was so helpful and so nice. She made the experience great and was able to answer any questions that I had!
This place is horrible when it comes to their tenants needs. This is the 6th bat IN the apartment we live in. There were more in the hallways and other apartments. Had an elderly neighbor catch a bat in her apartment and get it tested. They refused to pay the bill for the testing. That is ridiculous. People pay A LOT of money for a safe quiet place to sleep for them and their children. Instead we have to continuously watch out for bats in our apartment. I am fed up with this! I wouldn't live here again. The apartment was dirty upon move in with mold in the windows. Living on a higher floor, in the summer our apartment could not get below 76 degrees while our air conditioning was running constantly causing 200 dollars in electric bills every month. When asked to do something about the air conditioner, we were told that "these old units might only be able to get down to 76" and we would basically have to deal with it, meaning we were being charged insane amounts for our electrical bill just for the... read more
DO NOT LIVE HERE. Everything looks great on paper, but the actual experience is horrible. The apartment was visibly dirty upon moving in with food stains on kitchen cabinets, greasy hand marks on doors and dirty bathrooms. Poor maintenance on elevators (slow, shaky and dirty) but constant maintenance of facilities so water is turned off frequently.
