I have gone here for a few years. However, unfortunately had an incident last week where my toes were cut during a pedicure. I called and spoke with someone. He was actually very polite and offered me 40% off of my next service. I did not want to return but figured a toenail Polish couldn't hurt too much. I got my nails done and not even 24 hours later my polish is peeling and it's not fully cured and he didn't get my design at all

Do not come to this place even if the place you normally go to is booked! It does look nice from the outside but once you step inside the staff are extremely unprofessional. No one was attentive, everyone just was congregating in the manicure area (towards the back), when I asked where to go to get my brows waxed (since being my first time here) they just pointed while still seated. I've been to this place 3 times since living on this side of town and never had a problem until today. I realize that Saturdays are busy but what got me was that I was seated in the chair for my pedicure amd after an additional 30 mins when the water was cold I looked across and realized that a man that came in 20 mins after me was getting his pedicure. My experience while I was in the spa was okay. However, my gel pedicure has three nails where the gel is coming off after only a week. Maybe they didn't cure properly? I'm not sure, and that's not enough for me to leave a bad review on it's own, but I called to resolve the issue and even though they were open it went to voicemail. I left a message asking for them to call me back and that was two days ago. I have heard nothing.
