I had my nails and my 8 years old daughters nail ls done I paid $180 came home the next morning both our gel polish fell off . They took 3 hours to do both our feet and hands gel paint terrible work never coming back . I try calling to get my refund going in person too .

I didn’t have appointment but wanted mani pedi and some wax. They took me in immediately and gave me excellent service. My nails look great my total experience was very pleasant and satisfying. will definitely go back.

I came in to get gel x 4 days ago and 3 nails are already cracked and one completely broke for 75 dollars not worth it at all. I haven’t been rough with my hands either.

I have gone here for a few years. However, unfortunately had an incident last week where my toes were cut during a pedicure. I called and spoke with someone. He was actually very polite and offered me 40% off of my next service. I did not want to return but figured a toenail Polish couldn't hurt too much. The nail tech (that cut my toes previously) tried to get me to get a full pedicure due to the price of $35. I do personally think this is high for a gel toenail polish change.
