Lo peor que pueden hacer es escoger esta compañía si te atrasas no tratan de ayudarte para bien y para mas te dañan rápido tu récord en el DMV no podrás usar mas tu tablilla hay mejores compañías que ellos

Jair M. Has Excellent consumer service skills it was a pleasure speaking with him. Very professional, kind and caring. After communicating with him it made my day because of his expertise and knowledge it’s a pleasure to work with him when trying to get a car loan! Im a 3rd time customer and tried other auto title loan companies in Florida. Embassy loans is one of the best all around companies to deal with. Their customer service is excellent and have some of the lowest interest rates around after hours of checking around.

One of the best title loans providers around. After hours and hours of shopping around, they were by far the cheapest. I am a 3 time customer with no issues.

I contacted Embassy loans to which it's almost impossible to get through to customer service I told them I had stage 4 cancer of course they never notate the account I told them I would make my payment on June 28th to my surprise when I woke up today my car was being towed out of my driveway at 2:34 in the morning.
