Embassy Healthcare doesnt care about their clientele. They are entirely understaffed because nobody wants to work for them. They also dont honor their lease agreements and I'm honestly surprised they haven't been shut down already considering the neglect their residents receive.

We have pathetic experience as staffing supplier. Embassy healthcare has not paid us amount against pending invoices from last 6 months. They don't respond to phone calls and emails and gave fake promises. Don't trust them and they make fool of people. Royal Oaks is dirty the patients cloths get stolden. Not enough staff. Dr maybe there once a month thats if he feels like it. Bruises on family members. Mgt will say anything. The nurses tell you differently tham mat.
There's a huge lack of cleanliness in this healthcare facility. A lot of RNs are spending more time complaining about how hard their job is than actually doing it. Management becomes so focused on their self interest and doesn't truly support a particular initiative because they simply don't care.
If you want to visit this place, make sure you impress a nurse and build a rapport with them. One of the nurses was quite rude, and when I pointed it out, she rescheduled my appointment without informing me and made me wait in pain. Terrible!
