A truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff is not only friendly and knowledgeable but incredibly kind. Having dealt with a traumatic experience with a dentist in the past, I found myself struggling with those old emotions during my visit, but the entire team met me with such grace and genuine care. They were thoughtful and considerate throughout the whole process, I couldn't recommend them more!
Friendly and quick to see us. I had a good experience at first but almost 2 or 3 years later I am struggling with them to reimbursement through the Cherry loan crap. They keep charging me even though the procedure never happened. I am tired of calling and telling them that they need to fix the loan and they said they would get it taken care of 2x times prior after 4x me calling them and asking them. this is ridiculous. Ive been coming here for years but they lost me as a customer today. Every appointment I have ever made has been rescheduled by them. It is for a different reason every time. I’ve been told someone took pto, someone is picking up their kids, someone works different hours now, someone is doing military training. And I think the workers SHOULD be able to leave and do those things, but I have to take time off work to go to the dentist too.
