So MANY mistakes have been made to my teeth, especially by Dr. Perry!!! No one ever returns your phone calls or follows up! I wound up having to pay $1500 for a mouthpiece that was made because I have sleep apnea. And they didn’t double check with my insurance company to see if it would be covered or not. I just finished my new patient exam and cleaning here at Embassy Dental at 3189 Lebanon Pike and I couldn't be happier! Everyone, from the front desk staff to the dentist, was very friendly and professional. I use a power chair for mobility, and I was well taken care of. The waiting room was spacious and I was even able to stay in my reclining power chair for my X-rays, exam, and cleaning. That made things so much easier and comfortable for me! Liz was my hygienist.
