Friendly and quick to see us. I had a good experience at first but almost 2 or 3 years later I am struggling with them to reimbursement through the Cherry loan crap. They keep charging me even though the procedure never happened. Ive been coming here for years but they lost me as a customer today. Every appointment I have ever made has been rescheduled by them. It is for a different reason every time. I’ve been told someone took pto, someone is picking up their kids, someone works different hours now, someone is doing military training. And I think the workers SHOULD be able to leave and do those things, but I have to take time off work to go to the dentist too. Was in and out in no time and all everyone was very friendly and helpful
I'm one of those patients that has a hard time at the dentist. I had found a home with another dentist but lost that dentist due to Insurance changes in 2026. I had dental work done today at Embassy Dental in Donelson. I was a bit apprehensive about the appointment but as I was leaving there I reflected on how wonderful Dr. Patel and his team were. They were very attentive to me and concerned about my comfort level throughout the procedure. The procedure ended up being painless and a breeze thanks to Dr. Patel and his staff. I am very pleased and highly recommend Dr. Patel and Embassy Dental Donelson.
