After 4 years at Chesterfield Village, I still feel it’s one of the best values in Springfield. The floor plans are spacious, washer/dryer area are super convenient, and having utilities like water, trash, and sewer covered takes a lot of stress off monthly budgeting. It's peaceful, well-maintained, and very budget-friendly.

We have been living at the Embassy for about a year now! We love the unit, pool and parking. Would reccomend!
I’ve lived at Delaware on Primrose for a year now and it has been great! The management always communicates, the amenities are nice, and the apartment itself is great! I like that they are pet friendly (and so does my cat🤭). The parking is also really nice. I lived downtown for a year before this and parking downtown was a disaster, so I very much appreciate the easy parking. Overall, it’s just been a lovely experience.
Attentive management, great location, multiple amenities. Long term resident, will always recommend.
This place is convenient and good to live at. Maintenance is quick and the new office staff are great!
