This program is an amazing aid for those needing support to get back on track in life and was extremely helpful in learning skills and tools to help regulate and prevent any harm. I would not be where i am today without embark!
I had such an amazing experience at Embark! I was struggling a lot with anxiety and depression. This was my first step to getting help. My therapist took me to Behavioral health because I was having suicidal ideations really bad. I was really upset at first but this really changed my life for the better. Embark as a whole was amazing. Arielle and Stephanie saved my kids lives! They were exactly the therapists my kids needed and I’ll forever be grateful for them. And Brielle who was always ontop of communication which is extremely important to me, she always answered my questions and millions of texts lol she’s just the sweetest! Embark will forever hold a special place in our hearts💛
Really awesome program for teens and young adults who are deeply struggling. I was only with them for three weeks as I didn’t need their extreme care, and I’m going to individual sessions with an ASD specialist, but I had a good time at the program in the mean while. I was with the young adults, and we weren’t treated like babies, I appreciated that. For the adults who needed deep therapy, they really taught them a lot.
