The staff was alway very welcoming and supportive. We will never forget their kindness and compassion when we were going through such a hard time with our family.
Our teenage daughter participated in Embark intensive outpatient care program at Greenwood Village. We were assured by the staff at the admission that they are trained to take care of her condition and we disclosed all details. She did like Embark facility and therapists. However, because of her ongoing struggles due to her illness, the management staff decided they cannot continue with her treatment and shut the door for her. My young adult (19 years old) participated in the Intensive Outpatient Program at Embark Behavioral Health in Greenwood Village. I was very worried about my child's mental health and suicidal thoughts as was her therapist. The entire staff at Greenwood Village was dedicated to the success of our child. Not only are they amazing at their jobs, but we felt they truly cared about our child and his progress. The entire staff was kind, respectful and went out of their way to help our child and our family. He started in an Embark residential program and transitioned to Greenwood Village IOP where he continued his great progress.
