I know my son was safe, that’s the only positive I will give them. They lied about what there program was, sold me on an educational component that didn’t actually exist and swore their care was customized when it was scripted and not at all appropriate for my son. They then told my it would cost me price and I was billed at a rate that double what was expected. I was told my insurance covered this program, evidently not as much as I understood. i mean its cute in there and u get nice snacks. i made good friends but i would not come back
Really poor and low quality of care. Little time with professionals, mostly fluff time wasting. My child was left alone on the first day. No wonder there was little progress. Bad communication. I thought family therapy would be with my child and when it wasn't I felt cornered by an adversarial therapist. Important topics were never broached unless I did. We were in crisis so it served as a temporary stopgap only. A few of the people were nice and the location is lovely but overall I was disappointed.
It’s 10 clients vs one therapist might as well get a regular therapist cause individual is once a week here too
