Great work and good treatment facility
parents, PLEASE don't send your child here. mine did and it was such an awful, devastating experience. i was bullied so hard whilst i was there, MANY TIMES, which triggered my trauma from past bullying, and intensified it. the therapists and doctors did absolutely nothing. my bullies were never punished, just let go and loved by everyone but me. reading the other reviews, i heard that someone was told it was voluntary. i was absolutely never informed of this in my stay there, therefore practically trapping me in the program ... read more
Coming from a past student embark was great. The therapy worked and group therapy was great most staff were helpful in most situations. The only complaint i would have is the communication between staff and just the tramatic experience overall. Now i wouldnt say its was more tramatic than mental hospitals and other RTC’s because they all have about the same amount of crash outs, so i wouldnt say it was over the top. This place is amazing! The staff are wonderful and supportive in every way. They challenge and also support you. Changed my life in more ways than one and all for the better. Absolutely recommend this place. Ms. Noelle is a skilled therapist who helped repair our family relationships and relationships with ourselves. Ms Robyn also led beneficial group therapy and helped out on hard days. The staff are talented. The excursions help add a sense of normalcy. Cannot praise this place enough.
