Chef Dee catered my sister's wedding. I'm a vegetarian so I can't speak for the meat options but the mashed potatoes and asparagus had a wonderful flavor. She made some kind of mozzarella tomato salad which was absolutely wonderful and fresh (my favorite dish of the evening) and the dinner rolls were a very soft and sweet bread. They reminded me of Hawaiian Rolls but they were different; the rolls were also very delicious.
I had my wedding a few days ago and the food was very delicious, Even vegan options,they paid attention to every detail that we asked for and their attention to service is incredible, we were able to try the dishes from home And they gladly accept all ingredient suggestions.
Chef Dee was very accommodating and receptive to suggestions; so easy to work with. She came to my place to do the tasting, which adds such a personal touch. Her staff was very professional and the food was fantastic. We loved the options and the amount of variety we were able to choose from. Both my husband and I were very pleased with everything.
I booked Emanuel's Kitchen for my wedding reception and I am so happy I did! The food was spectacular. The food was served hot and warm where necessary. They even went above and beyond and got my wedding cake ready that was supplied by someone else. The communication was excellent with Delana from the moment I booked all the way up to the event.
