Spoke with an agent in September about a trip to Tennessee in October. Needed a place that was dog friendly and asked for fun things to do while there. It is now the 31st of October and we still haven't heard from the travel agency. We ended up finding a place on our own and had a wonderful time. Customer service and follow up is terrible.
I had the most perfect honeymoon thanks to Emanuel travel and the wonderful Pam. Everything went smoothly and she was even quick to respond while we were overseas. This will be my go to travel agent moving forward.
Finally got to go to Europe for vacation. Pam helped plan and book the trip. All her suggestions worked out wonderfully. She took care of the details so we could just enjoy the trip without worry. Lovely person to work with.
