My first time coming to this location on the 11th of this month. They send me a text as a reminder to arrive 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment and was waiting in the room for over an hour. The doctor still has not walk in to see me after 11:41 so I figured it's time for me to go get me some lunch and reschedule. I was very frustrated about them not keeping the scheduled appointment.
