Long wait times, staff is decent to average at best. Personally had Dr. Dauood Zafar Alam terrible doctor; I am not criticizing his medical understanding but he has a very passive aggressive, and condescending attitude, a lack of care for patients (at least from my point of view), and cannot effectively connect with patients. Most of the nurses here are so rude and dont actually care about there patients. U can tell how stressed out the nurses are, and there taking it out on the patients. Something needs to be done about thw management of this emergency room
Ok, let me start by saying, the wait time is outrageous. I was there at 6:50 pm and got my broken arm surgery at 1am! Though Dr Patel is a really good doctor
Absolutely ridiculous staff on 2nd floor. My husband nurse the entire time only came in once and I’m a nurse so I know it can be busy with other pt but if his O2 stats are 89% and is on NC & still SOB then he should be checked on even having the call light on seemed like an inconvenience then talking to the other staff to help with these problems was nothing but eye rolls and smart mouths like what hospital treats pt & family like that?? No wonder people drive to Modesto or Merced.
pretty good emergency room , nurses were kind and made sure i was comfortable the whole way! although something’s felt rushed i can’t blame them there was an abundance of people
