I have a very good experience with Emmanuel Medical Center. I had 2 procedures done to me. From the initial procedure, to the follow up ....everything was done medically professional. The registration, pre-op and even the day of, all the people involved with my medical /care and procedure, were on top of their game, including the front desk people. it felt easier to navigate your paper work, with their respectful assistance and attention...it kind of lessens your anxiety, thinking about your procedure. If I can give 0 STARS I would. Do not go here!!!!!!!!! They found a probable cyst on my sons brain 12mm on a CT and they did not informed me they discharged us a year later my son injured head again and we went and they did a CT and that ER visit I was finally informed he has a cyst on his Brain..as you can imagine I lost credibility in them and drive straight to Stanford ER they redid CT and he came back as no abnormalities.
