One of the best cardiologist I have seen in Las Vegas
How can you make these poor seniors sit here for over an hour because you over book! This is horrible and you need to find a balance! I'm a caretaker for My Uncle and we've been waiting for over an hour. Not very happy.
El doctor es un gran profecional y tratan bien a uno, pero tienen que mejorar el servicio telefonico, te dejan en espera por tiempo indefinido, es super dificil la comunicacion para hacer una cita ya que desconectan la llamada y cuando te comunicas dicen que te devuelven la llamada y jamas sucede. Espero que mejoren el servicio porque el Doctor es muy bueno pero estan super desorganisados.
Excellent interventional cardiologist but Shadow Lane office poorly managed with patients crowded into small waiting room, some wearing masks below nose, if not hanging off an ear; waiting time to be called into exam room already over an hour and a half past appointment time and counting; front desk receptionist also wearing mask below her nose. Not the way to run a medical office! From overhearing other people waiting to be seen, this is not an unusual occurrence here. This needs to be addressed for everyone’s benefit.
