Everything was great until I was told at the front counter when going for Lab work done. Some one came from the back and told me that a phlebotomy Tech was going to lunch and ask could I wait...I HAVE NEVER HEARD THAT BEFORE 🤔. Keep in mind, I had been there for 2 hours.
Great place amazing doctor
My experience with the doctor was excellent. She was very professional and attentive, providing clear and straightforward explanations that were easy to understand and reassuring. She instilled a sense of trust and confidence throughout the visit, and I was particularly impressed by her approach and dedication to patient care. I thank her for her excellent service and wish her continued success.
Dr. Kaldas does not care about her older patients, she has pushed my grandmother’s symptoms off for over a year stating she has allergies and heartburn when in fact she has severe COPD. She also has a pacemaker and not once has she told her to go see her cardiologist or referred her to a pulmonologists. I had to get her an appointment with her cardiologist who then referred her to a pulmonologist. This doctor is subpar and should not be practicing period.
