Terrible. Poor customer service. Maids don't show up when they are scheduled. Two different maids lost my keys. One forgot my keys and today no one showed up even though I received a confirmation email earlier this week and reconfirmed last night. I don't understand how they operate a business. Stay away!!

Many thanks to emaids owners and staff for going way beyond just cleaning our house. These are some of the most thoughtful people I've come across in a long time. Reaching out to us in what is a very difficult time and showing us they care. I never expected it but so appreciate it. Marci and Nyema are wonderful people and also did an excellent job cleaning, my stairs and my cabinets sparkled! I will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks again for everything.
Tiffany did a fantastic job! She is very detailed oriented and takes pride in her work. Out apartment was spotless when she finished.
All around fantastic service! I hired them for my Move In clean, and I was very impressed. They were Punctual and very thorough. I'll defiantly use them as my regular maid service.
