I hired them to do a deep cleaning of my home. I had a o’clock reservation. 3 o’clock came around and it was a no call no show. I reached out around 3:10 and he told me he ment to call, his lady was leaving one site and on her way to mine and she was stuck in traffic. She should be here by 3:30. I was a little pushed back because, why didn’t him or his team notify me around 2:30 at least to give me a head up that they would be late, and why didn’t I have to be the one to reach out to you? 3:30 came around and again, no call ... read more

My goodness!! We’ve never had cleaner bathrooms! That’s all I needed done as I’m not able to handle the bending and getting on my knees. Sarah did a beyond exceptional job. Plus a beautiful personality to boot! I’m so glad emaid came into my life. Thank you.
