I recently went to Dr Chau to have a gum issue looked at, and I couldn't be more pleased. To start, everyone I interacted with were amazingly pleasant and helpful, from the day I called to book my appointment through the follow-ups. Dr Chau was so friendly and thorough with his assessment, and when finished didn't try to give me the hard sell on a minor procedure, as so many others have done before. Dr Chau is really good. He took time to listen and answer all of my questions, and followed up to enquire about my progress after I had my wisdom tooth removed. I had a better experience than any dental practices I've been to until now. The front desk is great at responding to queries and rescheduling requests too. No complaints!!
I've been having my dental work done at Emagen for many years now and the team there is fantastic. Dr Chau and Dr Urtula are both fantastic dentists. I would highly recommend.
