In the past I've made numerous complaints to this company (EMAG APARTMENTS) about problematic tenants to no avail. The managing agent tried to fob me off numerous times and then totally stopped responding to follow up emails and appeared to not be interested in adhering to the responsibilities that she follow up on complaints and take necessary action. If you want to rent your property through this agent beware!
Be Careful, very dodgy business owners, same family of dodgy people. All their building including 32 bunn et and 93 quay st are overcrowded with their concents. They are real estate, building management and constructors. The way they manage their buildings is to make the maximum benefits despite the laws and residents safety. Do not work with such people unless you want to destroy your reputation.
