Recently bought some trims at Emac, while the materials they proved is great the customer service not so much. I understand they have a no refund policy. I made an error and ordered the wrong size trims and all I wanted was an exchange. I would have gladly paid a restocking fee in order to exchange the trims to the right size. Emac emphatically said no! They didn't even blink an eye. So instead of supporting a small business go to Floor and Decor where you won't have the issue I just experienced.
