As a renter, I have not had a pleasant experience thus far. I am more than willing to update this review if this management company decides to do right. So far, there has been zero sense of urgency in any requests that I have made. I am nearly two months into my lease with so many amenities that I cannot utilize because of EMAs lack of response to such requests.
