They did terrible work even the manufacturer of the materials used agreed it was installed improperly, dont stand behind their work and **** is full of **** don't let him scam you too

I wouldn't recommend the contractor for window installation. In Feb 2015 the contractor installed for me a new window, sliding door for the balcony as well as a screen door . In April 2016 I sent my first email to them regarding leakage. The leak complaint was filed 2 years after we installed the unit owner windows and door. Unfortunately after our investigation, we determined the leak was caused by exterior gaps in the brick and the pointing in the brick that developed since the products were installed in her unit. E. M. Snow Inc. responded promptly to my call delivering a clear estimate of the cost to re-shingle my roof and specified the materials to be used and a proposed time frame to complete the work. The capable receptionist handled the logistics and timing. The Snow crew arrived on time to carry out the work and had all the necessary materials with them. I've had a lot of luck finding installers that are recommended by the manufacturers of the products to be installed. I determined that *********** was the brand that I wanted to go with. I checked their site and got estimates from three siding installers in my area. sleezy, incomplete work. terrible communication do yourself a favor and find a professional. they do not return calls after they have your money. they hire cheap labor and do nothing. the foreman, John, is a real pain to deal with - has an attitude problem, big time.
