I don’t normally leave reviews, but this is the best nail salon I have ever been to. I am not local, but was traveling for business and had some extra time to get my nails done. The staff were very friendly and I just got a regular manicure but I am 8 days out now and no chips! To be clear, I am rough on my hands and this was not gel or anything special - so impressed!!!
I came to Nashville for the first time and needed to get my nails done for our daughter’s wedding. I wasn’t completely happy with my outcome so I spoke to the owner. She took the time to correct them perfectly and I appreciate that they made it right. But more than that, I appreciate that they did it gladly and made me feel important. Thank you so much EM Nails!
Had a 5pm appointment and expressed prior that I was running 8 mins late. When I arrived and asked to look at colors, the nail tech said “Can you show me a picture? We’re in a time crunch.” Already that was a red flag because I felt like my service was going to be rushed…and I was right. I got a refill and she didn’t even file off the corners or edges that lifted from the growth. I have been coming here regularly for months now and I love it! Kate is amazing with my regular pedis. It's always clean and online appointments make it easy to book.
Came in this afternoon for an overlay and pedicure and was serviced by Paola for my overlay and she did such an amazing job. My nails look great. It’s my first time here and it felt very wholesome…. It’s such a warm fulfilling experience with these ladies. You hear chatter and juicy gossip throughout the salon and not of other ladies but you can tell it’s just a relaxed girls world here.
