I had a manicure here, and while shaping my nails, the lady accidentally cut the edges of my left ring finger and right thumb, causing a bit bleeding. She didn’t acknowledge it or apologize. Each and every nail technician is very knowledgeable, personable and professional. They offer a consistently high level of service and experience and always make sure we are well taken care of. Always lovely coming here!!
