Terrible landlords. All they do is collect money than properly maintaining their properties. They unprofessional and lazy contractors who provide low-quality maintenance work, and issues often remain unresolved or continue to occur in apartments. Despite ongoing maintenance problems, rent is insanely increased and additional fees are requested to cover repairs and upkeep that should already be properly managed on their end. Living under this management is truly inhumane. The apartments are in terrible condition, and they do not keep up with basic maintenance. The walls are cracking, and whenever there is mold, they simply paint or bleach over it instead of fixing the issue.. so it always comes back. My family and I have been experiencing severe allergies, and despite reporting our concerns to 311 and management, nothing has been taken seriously. Their lack of care is unacceptable. I'm a disabled. I walk with a walker. This landlord knew I walked with a walker yet he decided to rent me an apartment that has stairs that lead into the apartment. When I first looked at this apartment I was impressed. Then when I actually moved in I discovered the landlord is very reluctant to make repairs quickly.
