Terrible experience. For two manicures and two pedicures it was $237… Each pedicure was over $55 and an additional almost $26 dollars for just gel polish. They didn’t scrub my feet. Nail polish all over my toes. They’re very rude when asked anything. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND AVOID!!
Horrible experience, just wanted a nail polish change refused to give me lotion. Nail polish was left all over my skin and they refused to file down the nail.
I really liked the atmosphere and service! However, I got a gel refill on a Sunday and by Wednesday it was chipping. I am not hard on my hands and have never had this happen at other salons.
If you care about cleanliness and design variety, this salon is the place to go!
I will never return to this nail shop. The older lady who did my sister's nails was extremely rude. When I pointed out that she had polish hanging over the nail bed and onto my sister's skin, I politely asked her to fix it. She got upset and used a drill to clean it up, which chipped the polish. I asked her again to correct it, and she became even more irritated. If I'm paying for a service, I expect quality. The manager told her to redo them, and she still did a sloppy job.
